Social media analysis
Social media research helps to understand real users' opinion on product/service and its competitors.

Social media analysis is especially useful on projects with the very specific audience with uncommon goals, tasks and ambitions (e.g. teenagers or estate agents). We gather users' comments on the product and its competitors on the Internet (blogs, forums, social networks), rank and classify them. Then we can reveal users' expectations, the terminology they use and difficulties they face.
Results
A report containing a list of problems and questions the users have, evaluation of user tasks severity and frequency.
